Hao Tian International Financial Holdings Limited ("HTIF"), is a financial investment services company in Hong Kong. Established in early 2016 and wholly-owned by HTICI (1341.HK), HTIF is engaged in financial services business. Hao Tian Finance was established on 8 December 2011. It is a licensed money lender (the money lender license number is 1454/2021) that mainly provides loans to individual and corporate customers through equity pledge of listed companies. The key loan product is personal loan. As far as collateral is concerned, equity or other assets listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange are generally accepted as collateral financing. The loan amount is mainly determined based on the value of the relevant collateral. In addition, Hao Tian Finance will also provide unsecured loans to individual high-end customers.

Hao Tian Credit was established on 22 August 2017. It is a licensed money lender (The money lender license number is 1732/20) that provides loans to individual and corporate clients through property mortgage, land or equity pledge of listed companies. The key loan products are property mortgage loans, which are divided into first property mortgage loans and second property mortgage loans. As far as collateral is concerned, properties (including residential properties, office buildings and parking spaces) or other assets in Hong Kong are generally accepted as mortgage financing. The loan amount is mainly determined based on the value of the relevant collateral.
